Q1: Where is the brass name plated located on this item?
A: The brass nameplate is located on the lid, on top of the box.
Q2: Who is responsible for engraving the nameplate?
A: The manufacturer will send out the box with the nameplate, you can then have it personalized locally, or they will send an envelope with information you can send them and they can have it personalized. You do not get the personalized from them when you order it, you have to wait until you get it, then send in the form.
